Article 1 - Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal;
Consumer: the natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance agreement with the trader;
Day: calendar day;
Continuing agreement: a distance agreement relating to a series of products and/or services for which the delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over a period of time;
Durable medium: any means that enables the consumer or trader to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction of the stored information.
Right of withdrawal: the option for the consumer to withdraw from the distance agreement within the cooling-off period;
Model form: the model withdrawal form made available by the trader, which the consumer can complete when they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Trader: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance;
Distance agreement: an agreement concluded as part of a system organised by the trader for the distance sale of products and/or services, whereby one or more means of distance communication are used exclusively up to and including the conclusion of the agreement;
Means of distance communication: a method that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and trader being physically present in the same place at the same time.

Article 3 - Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the trader and to every distance agreement and order concluded between the trader and the consumer.

Article 4 - The offer

If an offer is subject to a limited period of validity or specific conditions, this will be clearly stated in the offer.
The offer is non-binding. The trader is entitled to change and amend the offer.

Article 5 - The agreement

Subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, the agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the applicable conditions.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

When products are supplied, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within a period of 90 days.

Article 7 - Costs in the event of withdrawal

If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they will be responsible for no more than the cost of returning the product. The consumer is responsible for delivering the product to a return point designated by the trader, regardless of the weight of the product. For shower enclosures, walk-in showers and bath screens, the trader will arrange collection of the product from the consumer. The trader will process returns within 14 working days after receiving the product.
